FASHION WEEK
This week is Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in New York. I got to check out my first fashion show ever today (with real supermodels!). A lot of fun. Kind of like theatre meets commerce. I spent the afternoon in a giant tent in Bryant Park capturing footage for a client project.
Even though this was the first fashion event I've filmed (and a completely different subject compared to the world of marathons and triathlons), I felt pretty at ease. I think if can you get through filming an entire Ironman or all 26.2 miles of the NYC Marathon, you can pretty much filming anything.
But that's not to say today was a walk in the park (no pun intended). You still have to bleed and sweat to get the shots.
