EVERYDAY ATHLETE SPOTLIGHT (AUGUST)
This month's EVERYDAY ATHLETE SPOTLIGHT (EAS) is on Shawn, an accomplished triathlete from Atlantic Beach, FL. He is a 41-year old father of three and is Director of Product Development at a leading medical devices company.
Shawn is also a triathlon coach and co-founder of Velocity Multisports, which offers coaching for everyday athletes. With such a busy work schedule and family life, Shawn still manages to find time to train and compete in triathlons. He's been at it for over 10 years now. I'm thrilled to have him as this month's EAS.
